Commencement of the Terms of the Chair and the Vice Chair
The Board amends Section 18 the Board Operating Procedures as follows:
18. Timing of Elections; Commencement of Terms
Elections of the Chair and Vice Chair shall take place at the first Board meeting of the year. In the case of a vacancy, elections to fill the vacant slot shall take place at the first Board meeting at which a vacancy exists. The terms of office for Chair and Vice Chair shall commence upon the adjournment of the Board meeting at which the election is held except in the case of elections to fill a vacancy, where terms shall commence immediately upon election.
