Terms of Reference of the Board Leadership Nomination Committee and Corresponding Amendments to the Core Governance Documents
- The Board recalls its decision GF/B39/DP12 on the strengthening of the Board Leadership selection process.
- Based on the recommendation of the Ethics and Governance Committee, the Board approves the Terms of Reference of the Board Leadership Nomination Committee and the corresponding amendments to the Operating Procedures of the Board and Committees of the Global Fund and the Charter of the Ethics and Governance Committee as provided for in Annexes 4, 5, and 6 of GF/B39/ER07.
