Amended and Restated Code of Conduct for Governance Officials
- Based on the recommendation of the Ethics and Governance Committee (GF/EGC12/EDP01), the Board approves the revisions to the Code of Conduct for Governance Officials, as set forth in Annex 1 and 2 to GF/B43/ER05, developed in furtherance of the Ethics and Integrity Framework adopted by the Board at its 32nd Meeting (GF/B32/DP09);
- Accordingly, the Board acknowledges that this decision point and the revisions to the Code of Conduct for Governance Officials shall supersede the approval of the previous Code of Ethical Conduct for Governance Officials, as set forth in Annex A to GF/B33/15 – Revision 2, pursuant to paragraph 2 of the decision point GF/B33/DP10.
