2025 Annual Financial Report
The Board authorizes the issuance of, and therefore approves, the Global Fund’s 2025 Annual Financial Report, including the 2025 Annual Financial Statements which have been audited by KPMG SA, as set forth in Annex 1 to GF/B54/ER04.
