The Board of the Global Fund is comprised of 28 seats. Of the 28 seats, ten represent donor constituencies and ten represent implementer constituencies. The remaining eight seats are non-voting members of the Board.

The Additional Public Donors constituency was created by the Board to accommodate public donors that are not already represented by a voting constituency of the Board, according to eligibility requirements defined in the bylaws.
