CELO Learning and Synthesis Report
The Learning and Synthesis report synthesizes operational, technical and strategic themes emerging from recent evaluations, while drawing on evidence from earlier evaluations across the Global Fund. It also tracks progress on accepted and partially accepted recommendations, using documented management response commitments to assess how learning is being taken up.
