In support of the Global Fund’s Seventh Replenishment, the Patrick J. McGovern Foundation (PJMF) pledged US$1 million to support the Global Fund Digital Health Impact Accelerator (DHIA). The DHIA is a US$50 million digital health fund that will bring additional funding and expertise to five countries in Africa to implement their digital health strategies, address fragmentation across health information systems, improve the digitalization of health data, and support the use of data analytics to better inform disease management and pandemic preparedness.
The PJMF is a philanthropic organization dedicated to advancing artificial intelligence and data science solutions to create a thriving, equitable, and sustainable future for all. PJMF works in partnership with public, private, and social institutions to drive progress on our most pressing challenges, including digital health, climate change, broad digital access, and data maturity in the social sector.
