The Global Fund has published a framework for the monitoring and evaluation of Global Fund-supported programs.
The Strategic Framework for Data Use for Action and Improvement at Country Level aims to strengthen data availability, quality and use to drive Global Fund-supported programs to improve and maximize impact:
Aligned with the Global Fund Strategy 2017-2022 and specifically the objective of building resilient and sustainable systems for health, the framework aims to strengthen capacity and build systems to collect, analyze and use data across all levels of program implementation. The framework serves as the basis for all monitoring and evaluation-related activities supported by the Global Fund.
The framework is useful for anyone involved in Global Fund processes including monitoring and evaluation staff at the country level.
