Revised Progress Update and Disbursement Requests (PU/DR) and Performance Ratings

The Global Fund has launched its revised Progress Update and Disbursement Request (PU/DR), a form that allows Principal Recipients to report on progress made on grants funded by the Global Fund.
Following the launch of Pulse Checks at the end of 2021, the PU/DR complements other tools that the Global Fund has put in place to support implementers in achieving further impact in grant activities. The PU/DR form has been updated and is now submitted using the Global Fund’s Partner Portal.
The PU/DR must be submitted by Principal Recipients by 26 April 2022 and by LFAs by 16 May 2022. Principal Recipients and Local Fund Agents will receive notifications through the Partner Portal when their PU/DR can be accessed. The Performance Rating has also been updated and now includes programmatic and financial rating.

*French and Spanish versions of the PU/DR Form Instructions and Partner Portal Interactive Guide will be available from 1 March.
**Invitations to information sessions in March for LFAs will follow. The Partner Portal Interactive Guide for PU/DRs will also be updated with instructions for LFA steps prior to the launch of this phase of the process.
