The Technical Review Panel is a pool of experts from which members are drawn to serve on a review panel. Members serve in their personal capacities and do not represent their employer, government or any other entity.
Once selected to serve on a review panel, these members are known as “Serving Members” and will serve for a maximum of four years from the date of the first in-person review in which they participate. Once the four-year term of service has expired, Serving Members become Former Members and may be asked to serve on the Technical Review Panel in exceptional cases.
