The Supply Chain Roadmap

02 December 2021

Robust and resilient supply ecosystems are essential to support the fight against HIV, tuberculosis (TB) and malaria. COVID-19 has put enormous pressure on health systems worldwide, with a clear need to strengthen and accelerate the development of supply chains in countries the Global Fund supports.

The Supply Chain Roadmapdownload in English ] is co-created by the Global Fund partnership to collectively invest and drive in-country supply chain improvements. The roadmap is based on a “Theory of Change” which relies on five strategic objectives, and a set of priority initiatives, bolstered by a series of activities that the Global Fund partnership will support.

The Supply Chain Roadmap will continue to be rolled out and socialized to implementing countries and partners. A Global Health Supply Chain Dialogue event is planned for February 2022 to share the strategy with countries and outline how it will support national strategic plans.
