Applicants submit their funding requests for the 2023-2025 allocation period during "windows" within the three-year time frame.
Following the submission of funding requests, the Technical Review Panel (TRP) meets to assess if the requests are strategically focused, technically sound, and poised for impact and sustainability. Applicants are encouraged to submit their funding request well in advance of when their grants are due to end. The Applicant Handbook [ download in English | Español | Français ] provides examples of submission timelines.
