Waiver of a ‘Condition’ – Niger (NGR-506-G04-M and MGR-506-G05-T)
The Board acknowledges that, due to serious governance issues at the Ministry of Public Health, frequent changes of the Minister and a volatile political situation in Niger the condition upon which the Board approved the Round 5 malaria and tuberculosis grants to the United Nations Development Program (NGR-506-G04-M and NGR-506-G05-T) has not been fulfilled.
