The Board:
- Selects Mark Dybul to serve as the next Executive Director of the Global Fund for a four-year term beginning on or around 4 February 2013.
- Requests the Board Chair and Vice-Chair to facilitate the appointment of Mark Dybul to the position of Executive Director.
