Appointment of the External Auditor
Based on the recommendation of the Audit and Ethics Committee, the Board approves the appointment of Ernst & Young as the Global Fund’s external auditor for the 2013 fiscal year.Budgetary Implications
The maximum budget implication of this decision will be CHF 530,000, which will be absorbed within the Global Fund’s 2013 operating expenses budget.
