- The Board approves the appointment of Mr. Mohamed Abdellatif as an independent member of the Audit and Ethics Committee (the “AEC”) to fill one current vacancy.
- Mr. Mohamed Abdellatif shall serve on the AEC until the end of his predecessor’s term.
