2020 Work Plan and Budget Narrative and the 2020 Operating Expenses Budget

Based on the recommendation of the Audit and Finance Committee, the Board approves the following:

2020 Work Plan and Budget Narrative, as set forth in GF/B42/03A; and
the 2020 Operating Expenses Budget in the amount of US$ 305 million, as set forth in GF/B42/03B (the “2020 OPEX Budget”), which includes US$ 15.24 million for the Office of the Inspector General’s 2020 operating expenses.
