Appointment of the Chair of the Ethics and Governance Committee (EGC) for the 2020-2022 term

The Board approves the appointment of Magda Robalo Correia e Silva as Chair of the Ethics and Governance Committee.
The Board notes that the Chair of the Ethics and Governance Committee appointed under this decision point shall begin her term on 16 May 2020 and serve for two years or until the appointment of her successor.
