Approval of the 2013 Annual Financial Report
The Board authorizes the issuance of, and therefore approves, the Global Fund’s 2013 Annual Financial Report, which includes the 2013 Consolidated Financial Statements that have been audited by Ernst & Young Ltd, as set forth in GF/B31/ER02 Annex 1.
