Board Leadership Term
The Board approves the amendments to the (i) Terms of Reference Chair and Vice-Chair of
the Board of the Global Fund, (ii) Bylaws of the Global Fund; and (iii) the Operating Procedures of the Board and Committees of the Global Fund, set out respectively in annexes 1, 2 and 3 to GF/B47/05.
